Ultrasound HD11

HD Platform It starts with our most versatile ultrasound platform. From its digital broadband beamformer with proven SonoCT imaging to its powerful XRES image processing, every HD11 system is built for High Definition performance. This means enhanced edges and margins for more sharply defined structures, with reduced noise and speckle, for better visibility and contrast of even the smallest structures.
HD Options The flexible HD11 platform empowers you to customize your system for your clinical environment, with options ranging from stress echo to panoramic imaging and contrast. It also allows more clinicians to experience the growing clinical advantages of 3D/4D imaging, 3D Fetal Echo STIC for evaluating fetal hearts during routine obstetrical exams, as well as specialized requirements for breast, transesophageal, pediatric, vascular, and musculoskeletal ultrasound.
- As a light and small high-performance system, the HD11 is excellent for portability, which is further enhanced with front and rear handles and clear sightlines for users of all sizes—no more moving the most challenging patients to take advantage of advanced imaging capabilities on larger high performance machines.
- The control panel and monitor move up and down, supporting users of all heights and allowing them to alter scanning between standing and sitting positions.
- The rotating control panel and monitor, as well as logically grouped mode and measurement keys, enable users to position controls where they’re most accessible, reducing extended reaching that strains shoulders.
- Up to five available ports reduce bending to switch out transducers.
- Advanced circuitry helps keep users and patients more comfortable by promoting a quiet and cool scanning environment.
- The integrated footrest allows correct posture, reducing stress on the spine

Pagewritter Trim1 Cardiograph

The PageWriter Trim I cardiograph has been specifically developed to meet the needs of cost conscious users without compromising 12-lead quality or sophistication.
The PageWriter Trim I is an easy-to-use, stand-alone cardiograph designed to produce quality, high-resolution ECG printouts at the point of care. Compact enough to be practical for virtually any busy working environment, the PageWriter Trim I is configured with a cart for easy transport. The PageWriter Trim I is also available with the leading-edge interpretive capabilities of the Philips 12-Lead Algorithm (optional)
12-Lead ECG Data Analysis Reliable, Accurate
The Philips 12-Lead Algorithm is an advanced ECG analysis program developed by the Advanced Algorithm Research Center (AARC) that uses sophisticated mathematical processes for interpreting cardiac data. Available with select patient monitoring systems from Philips, the 12-lead algorithm analyzesup to 12 simultaneously acquired ECG waveforms recorded over a ten-second period using interpretative criteria triggered by patient-specific information. To support more accurate diagnosis and treatment, the Philips 12-Lead Algorithm analyzes ECG data and produces an interpreted report that helps clinicians to assess a patient’s condition. The 12-lead algorithm delivers significant advancements in the speed and consistency of ECG data acquisition, as well as in the sophistication and reliability of ECG data interpretation—particularly in the areas ofpediatric analysis, pacemaker pulse classification and ST Elevation AMI (STEMI) detection. In addition, the algorithm supports the reporting, storage and transmission of ECG data in the XML format. The Philips 12-Lead Algorithm offers a number of significant clinical benefits, which add up to lower costs, improved efficiency, and ultimately, superior patient care. This advanced ECG analysis program: • allows physicians to read and interpret ECG findings more quickly and efficiently for notable time and cost savings • provides accurate, validated ECG measurements to facilitate physician overreading and improve treatment decision-making• generates detailed findings that highlight areas for physician review, making it a trusted second opinion for improved patient assessment • provides high levels of reproducibility for more consistent ECG interpretation, no matter which physician is reading the report.

Clinitek Status - Urinalysis

Clinitek Status - Urinalysis
|
| |
|
| • |
Provides important markers to detect early stages of many disease states, such as diabetes, kidney disease and urinary tract infections. |
| • |
Enhances disease monitoring and patient management. |
| • |
Semi-quantitative results have proven to be cost-effective and virtually immediate. |
In today's busy physician's office environment, interruptions are frequent and can contribute to timing errors and variability in results when urinalysis strips are read visually. Studies have shown that when urinalysis is performed with an instrument, sensitivity is increased and positives are correctly identified and reported. |

DCA 2000+ Diabetes

DCA 2000+ Diabetes
| Use HbA1c results to achieve therapeutic goals |
| |
|
| • |
The management goal for most patients with diabetes is an HbA1c result between 6% and 7%(1) |
| • |
Any improvement in HbA1c levels can be significant(2,3) |
| • |
"The predictive value of HbA1c for total mortality was stronger than that documented for cholesterol concentration, body mass index, and blood pressure."(4) |
 |
 |
|
|
| |
|
|
 |
|
• With a CV of 2.6%, the DCA 2000 is precise enough to detect even the smallest changes in glycemic control
• DCCT results say:(2) Tight glycemic control (~7%) leads to reductions in: Eye disease -76% Nerve disease -60% Cardiovascular disease -41% Kidney disease -39%
• UKPDS results say:(3) 1% decrease in HbA1c leads to 35% reduction in risk of microvascular complications |
