A commitment for the Clinical Laboratory to be a vital integral component of Friendly Hills Medical Inc. to provide a patient care environment to make a major contribution to excellence in patient care in this institution and throughout the Philippines by providing accurate and precise analysis using modern methods and concepts with efficient sampling techniques and modern data handling procedures. A commitment to make the clinical laboratory and educational resources for the entire institution, including training of clinical and laboratory personnel in the various aspects of clinical pathology and laboratory medicine. A commitment to the application of modern techniques of management in our delivery of medical laboratory services in order that the patient and the public receive the maximum benefits from their expenditure of health funds.
